Keeping Zubrus

The more I see of Dainius Zubrus, the more I like him.
I know most of the conversations have involved the playoffs, but looking ahead a little bit, if there's any way they can re-sign this guy after the season I'd love for them to do it. I truly believe they will make an effort to sign both Drury and Briere, but if for some reason they can't get both, I'd be happy with Drury and Zubrus.
Now, I'm not suggesting they don't re-sign Briere. I know he's very well loved by almost all Sabre fans, but I think about the type of players coming up the pipeline and I'm thinking there's more in the Briere mold than there are in the Zubrus mold.
Forecasting lines in this scenario:
Roy - Afinogenov - Vanek
Drury - Zubrus - Kotalik
Connolly - Hecht - Pominville
Gaustad - Mair - Stafford
