Avalanche getting healthy at the right time

The Avalanche is turning a corner. With John Mitchell and Patrick Bordeleau both returning to the lineup tonight, the Avs are as healthy as they have been in a long time.
Colorado completed its second game of a three-game road trip tonight at the First Niagara Center and came away with a 5-1 victory. It was their first win in which they didn’t have to make a comeback since a 5-0 shutout victory over the New York Islanders over a month ago.
