Quincey first, who is next?

Kyle Quincey was the perfect pickup for the Wings. As I see them, here are the reasons...
1. Former Wing, knows the players, the system, wont disrupt chemistry.
2. You can never have enough d-men in the post season. This gives us eight.
3. Insurance with Stuart moving on.
4. Can quarterback the second power play unit, something we desperately need.
5. He paired with Ericksson at Grand Rapids, they know each other.
6. Size and grit for the playoffs.
All this for a late first round pick. Just an incredible, well thought out pickup. Not just as some teams do, who need a d-man or forward and just pick up the first one they can get. Holland thought of this year, next year and the next.
Now on to forward. derek Roy is my personal preference, can center the second line with Z moving up on the wing with the Datsyuk line, can center the third line, small but intense player, can be bought low right now. Guys like Vanek or Kostitsyn would be fine too, but the guy who I would love to see in a wings uniform at this point is Semin. He would be strictly a rental, but on a line with Pavel and the mule would be amazing.
