The Flyers As Sellers... Without Waiving a White Flag (Yet)

the flyers are getting to the point where they may be sellers with a couple more losses. that's something that will infuriate the fan base all the way up to lukko & snider. there have been so many must games that the term has no meaning any more. this streak and the flyers play of late feels eerily like last yrs futility.
...OK...now for the part that will get me ripped to shreds. we are in a sellers mkt and the value right now is at it's zenith. there are one or two vets on this team that could bring a very good return. IMO, neither figure in the teams long term plans, yet at least one would be vital for us during the playoffs...maybe both. if we are projecting the team to make a serious run for many yrs, i would move at least one of these plyrs because we would receive maximum value. not only would it be a wakeup call, it would be shrewd cap and personnel mgmt...
