Ten Burning Questions...

Posted 12:21 PM ET | Comments 4
I thought the entire hockey world had its eyes on Steve Downie to see what he'd do next... Where's the widespread media coverage of his 3-game point streak (2g, 2a), including his long saucer pass to spring Scott Hartnell on a breakaway for his hattrick goal against the Rangers?

Who's worse: Panthers' GM Jacques Martin, or Panthers' Coach Jacques Martin?

Since a loss to the Kings didn't do it; what will it take for Paul Maurice to literally have his head explode on national (Canadian, at least) TV?

Is there really anyone that Leaf fans would trust as a GM, and just let him do what he thinks he should?

As the awarding of "third points" keeps the standings artificially close, giving the illusion that more teams are playoff contenders; when will the NHL realize that the "competitive balance" (pronounced: parity) it loves so much actually rewards/encourages mediocre teams to stay that way?

When will Mike Keenan just get it over with and shave the rest of his head?

Can't we find a way to give an honorary All-Star spot to George Parros' moustache?

Seriously, who didn't know that's how Bob Clarke would react?

Seriously, who didn't think Marian Hossa would be headed out of Atlanta?

Who would have thought, that with all the changes in ownership there have been already this year, that Darryl Katz would still be on the outside looking in?
