Game 3 In-Game Blog

I think what we can take away from this is this: The Ducks put themselves in a position to take the wind out of Dallas' sail and steal the momentum. Instead, the Stars outplayed the Ducks in the 3rd period...got back into the game...and regained some much needed confidence. Time to reload for Game 4!

---

4-2...a glimmer of hope!

---

One goal! Well, either it's the beginning of a historic comeback, or a slight save of face as we avoid the shutout.

---

Well, they killed off that one...and most of the remaining penalty. It's not hopeless, folks...but it ain't looking good.

---

Sweet. Another 5-3. Just what they needed.

---

4-0! Woot! Oh, wait. That's the wrong way around, ain't it? Hard to stop a 5-3 against a team with a good head of steam. How about a historic comeback, ya'll? Or should I just start working on my Game 4 blogging? Nah.

---

The only thing bad about home games and earlier starts is that we have to take a break to put the kids to bed...which means we miss a bit of the game. It was 1-0 when we started the bedtime process...3-0 when we turned it back on (though I obviously peeked at the score based on my earlier post). May not be a bad thing that I missed some of that, though

---

Ok, so it's 2-0 early. About time the Ducks showed up to make it a series No worries (yet).
