One weekend, 4 huge points for the B's

Ok. so Saturday nights performance was sloppy at best, but we slugged it out in a 7-5 win from the Leafs. Manny looked rusty, and our D-men thought that they were still on that long 5 day hiatus, but we mananged to leave Toronto with two points.
Philly always scares the hell out of me, and tonight was no exception. Timmy bailed us out of this one, at no point was Philly ever out of the game. But with two big wins this weekend and with Detroit losing, perhaps the Presidents trophy is within reach?
Not to get ahead of myself, as i've proclaimed in past blogs, i think the trophy is a curse, but i'm glad to see some confidence coming back to the B's, and glad to see some giants awakening for the playoff push. And i take back everything negative i've said about the Recchi signing, he's a very valuable addition, and a huge reason why we're still in the hunt for the #1 Eastern conference seed.
