First we had the Phantoms.
First thing I notice here is none of the D are in black like for the Flyers. D men are wearing Red and Green. Forwards wore either White or Orange.
Most of the practices earlier in the week were run by Kjell and Neil. today's was run directly by Paddock.

They did pretty standard drills. the one that caught my attention the most had the D men race the forwards with he D going backwards. Then after everyone had gone from both ends it changed to the D going forwards and the Forwards going backwards. It was nice to see the forwards have to walk in the D shoes.

the end of practice was a competition between team green orange and Red white. Team green Orange won. There was quite a hoopla.

Then on to Flyers practice
Missing were Glen Metropolit, Randy Jones and Ryan Parent.

Lines
Gagne, Richards, briere
Upshall, Carter, Knuble
Lupul, briere, Hartnell
Clackson/Asham, Downie, Cote
Kalinski, Powe, Giroux

Goalies were
Aubin, Ouelette, biron

The team was pretty loose but very focused.

Aubin was very unhappy when Riley Cote scored a really pretty goal on him.

Again Downie worked on faceoff practice.

3 PP units were run and did practice 5 on 4 and 5 on 3 opportunities.
