11/8/08 Buzzgate 08 and Bolts @ Flyers

Shout outs to Karen, Krisitn, Roseann, Sandy, Jess, Amanda, Matt, Don, Rux, Eric, and all my regulars

First the buzgate. I parked in the wachoia lot because I knew I was going to do my normal thing of waiting afterwards. I ran in to Scoop Cooper and walked over with him.

I could not believe the set up when I got over to the Buzzgate. The folks organizing this did a fabulous job. There were tents, grills, a portable generator and tons of food.

Everyone worked hard and made this a success by working together.

I met a ton of people and I truly appreciate getting to put names to faces. #23 made that much easier with the kick butt name tags we had.

The number #1 text message I got after the game
"what is wrong with our team?"

My answer I dunno. They looked really good in the first period and for the last 2 min of the 3rd.

I will say that Mike Richards was the first player out and he was not slowing for anyone. That is almost never the case.

I go again Sunday the 16th to the Flyers and I sincerely hope that things change.
Carle was good last night I hope that continues and that he has found the right place for him as well.
