I thought I'd give this a shot ... maybe SOMEONE in EK's staff could at the VERY LEAST address the players as to what is going on and when they estimate all will be up and running correctly. A simple update note is really not asking too much.

ANY WORD FROM EK AND STAFF WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED BY ALL INVOLVED!

its sad to say but 200 league winners just won season tickets and might not need to use them because this experience is leaving a bad taste with a lot of people. i know 200 people on this site this week isnt much, but i think these 200 people are the ones that are here in august, supporting this site when it needs it most, can someone please show that we matter and fix this problem.

Nephew - valiant effort. All of us can understand that mistakes happen. But if you are running any kind of business where you need to be accountable to your repeat customers you need to ADMIT when an error has been made and COMMUNICATE how you will remedy it and ensure it doesn't happen again.

Ruddiger - that makes perfect sense (for anyone with any business sense), but if you're Eklund then you just ignore it. In the past they tried to say when thing would be fixed but those dates always came and went with no change so I guess this is how they deal with it now..Par for the course.
