The Leafs need to be Gigged a bit!

I hate laptops first and foremost but here it goes Giguere has been the best goalie over the past 10 years and is one of the most poised guys in the dressing just ask anyone who's played with him.
Having said that it appears more and more that BB wants to win now what how much they are going to win has a lot to do with what kind of studs he brings up front. If somehow BB could land Bobby Ryan with an exchange of dmen and maybe a forward would be a fantastic add but if they managed to acquire Savard on the cheap given the fact that his contract might be annulled I would go after him full force but with a modest exchange. Boston may not be motivated to help Toronto but Boston may be forced to dump him because they do have a surplus of players or risk loosing him to free agency because his contract may be voided by the NHL.
Contrary to what I heard a lot of fans saying that the Leafs don't have the fire power to get into the play-offs they clearly have an outstanding goaltending duo and that alone will bring down the goals against combine that with a return of a healthy Komisarek, Phaneuf that will be here from the start and as Captain he will reign in the butterflies of some of the younger guys and one cannot forget some of the young studs they brought in to help in the top 6 and bottom 6.
The Leafs will finally have a rebirth that so many of us have been starving for and there will be some growing pains but they will be short lived as the guys are young but experienced.
