Are Playoffs Really Possible?

In the Western Conference this year there are no guarantees, but I am going to make some. There are only eight playoff spots for 15 teams in a RIDICULOUSLY competitive Western Conference. They have begun their predictions for the season and are releasing one team per day from each conference.
