Against a team that you can't give excuses for losing to, the Sharks put in a very lazy game against the Desert Dogs on Tuesday coming up on the losing end, 5-3.
Trust me, the score makes the game look a lot closer than it was.

So here we are at the mid-point of the season (41st game is tonight), and the Sharks are tied for first place in the Pacific Division. I can't complain that they are in first in the division, but I think in the beginning of the season most of us were expecting them to be about where Detroit is these days.
