UPDATE ON BET: Rules are if Higgins gets 59 points or lower I win and 66 points or over you win............ 60-65 points is the neutral zone. It's official! Oh yea, by the way, prepare for the Al's to be 0-4 after Winnipeg and Toronot beat them :D
