The gm Darcy Regier and the coaching staff keep on saying that the sabres are going in the right direction to win the stanley cup. The question is When ? Because so far the play of this team this season from the start right now has been inconsistent, sloppy, and non physical play. Oh and a powerless powerplay . When is the time going to come when theyre going to make a blockbuster trade or a blockbuster signing to make this team better to win their first stanley cup? at this rate , with the players that they have on thier team. theyre going nowhere and about to poop the bead on the rest if the season and missing the playoffs. its time to move on from players like tim connolly, jason pominville, jochen hecht, drew stafford, paul gaustad, craig rivet. patrick lalime. get them out ship them out
