Blockbuster Deal? Parise to Panthers...Update/Rumor

According to my sources, Panthers recordingly have interest in Zach Parise. What I am hearing is that the Devils really like Huberdeau and/or Gudbranson (3rd overall pick in 2010 draft.) Devils seem to also be interested in David Booth and Jacob Markstrom (Panthers #1 goaltending prospect.) With this possibly being Brodeur's last productive season, the Devils are in dire need for some spark at that goaltending position. I was at a meeting last night and what I have been hearing as a real possibility is:
Devils- Parise
Panthers- Booth, Markstrom, and possibly a 1st or 2nd rounder
However, there is a chance this deal could turn into a blockbuster if the Devils agree to giving up their 4th overall pick and most highly coveted prospect, Adam Larsson. The Panthers are high on Larsson and would be willing to give up more for the opportunity to have him. My sources are telling me:
Devils- Parise and Larsson
Panthers- Booth, Markstrom, Gudbranson, and a 1st rounder
Now remember, the 2nd deal is only possible if the Devils are up to trading Larsson which I am not so sure about.
The 1st deal is a much greater possibility, but just think about how even the 2nd deal is.
Have not checked the financial side of this. Not sure how cap could be an issue.
