Tonight, the Detroit Red Wings will be facing off against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
For many hockey viewers, it's not just about who has the highest stats, what the team record is, or how many injured players that team has. It's about who skates the fastest, who has the best wrist shot, who can back hand, and what team can, well, play as a team.
Even with players continuously injured on the Wings, or how the Blue Jackets are streaking last place in the league, it doesn't matter.
While playing eachother throughout previous games this season, each team has had both wins and losses against eachother. Which brings us to tonight game.
Tonight, Columbus will be in the Joe for the last time this season before heading back to their hometown for back to back match against the Wings.
So, will Rick Nash be the bare of bad news at center ice tonight? or will Valtteri Filppula show him how to play some hockey at the Joe Louis Arena?
