Memo being passed to Off Ice officials

This lockout is coming to an end. Some people are suggesting this lockout could come to an end as early as Monday. Reportedly, the NHL has sent out a memorandum to off ice officials stating that they should should be ready to go at a moments time.
Officials that received this message said this was the first message they received all year.
The last time they received this message they were back on the ice within 2 weeks...
