Letter to the NHL/NHLPA

Dear Whom it may concern,

I am writing you today to let you know my frustrations with both sides. For the last two months you tell us that you do everything to strike a deal and you have marathon negotiations that go into the early morning for multiple days. On these days the fans think you guys will approach the podium and announce that you guys have reached a tentative agreement to end the lockout. You guys assume that the players are the game. Although, this may be but the fans are what keeps you in business. We pay for the jerseys that you sell, we place our hard earned money into tickets to watch the players play. For this fan it will take more than "Thank you Fans" on the blue line to win me over.

After the previous lockout you guys stated you will do everything in your power to prevent this from happening again. Now that we are 7 days away from the point of no return. I fear the anger and disappointment of having no season is upon us again. You think of the owners and the fellow members of the union but who pays your paychecks. The fans. 2 times in 8 years is ridiculous. We the fans love hockey and should not be penalized for something that should have been taken care of in September or October.

In conclusion, It is not thank you fans that you are saying it is (frank) you fans.

Yours Truly,
M****** S***
