First of all, I don't expect these to happen. I would just like to know your opinions on that and if the trade value is realistic or not.

COL: Markov
MTL: Iginla

Practically same contracts, around the same age. MTL gets offense and experience on RW, COL gets a mentor for Avs young D, he has slowed down a lot but can still help. Got 50 pts this year.

MTL: Jenner
CBJ: Eller, 2nd 2016, Thomas

CBJ GM loves Eller, MTL gets the underated all around forward in Boone jenner.

CHI: Desharnais (25% retained : 2.65M/year cap hit ), Tinordi, Smith-Pelly , 2nd wild '16
MTL: Sharp

Desharnais goes the other way to make some room in salary. Chicago gets a young defender in Tinordi who could use a chagne of scenary and also gets Smith Pelly who is on a very cheap deal for bottom 6 purposes.

MTL: Thornton
SJS: Plekanec, 1st 2015. Tokarski

Sharks get a little bit younger, get a 1st round pick and a young forward goalie to help with the retool. MTL gets a big center to mentor Galchenyuk.

Re-Sign: Petry 6 year 33 million, 5.5m/year
Mitchell 1 year 1.3 million
Galchenyuk 2 year 7 million, 3.5 per
Beaulieu 2 year 3.5m 1.75 per

Giving less for Thornton I would do it. Would do the Desharnais one as well without DSP
