Posted this in the Leafs thread a few days ago.
Edmonton: Connor McDavid. Yadda.. Yadda..
Buffalo: Jack Eichel. Yadda.
Arizona: Dylan Strome. Contending in that division will be difficult without a horse at centre to hitch your wagon to. Could end up being the best player available.
Toronto: Mitch Marner. Skill is important. Apparently.
Carolina: Noah Hanifin. The prospect I hope the Leafs pick.
New Jersey: Ivan Provorov. I know the need is dire for better forward prospects in the Devils pipeline, but this kid looks a little too talented to pass up.
Philadelphia: Matthew Barzal. William Nylander made Toronto's decision easy last year by dominating the U18 tournament. Barzal really impressed this year.
Columbus: Zach Werenski. With Wisnieski gone, they need to replenish their Polish defenceman quota.
San Jose: Mikko Rantonen. Kind of seems like a perfect fit. Also the B.P.A., in my opinion.
Colorado: Pavel Zacha. Good compliment to either Duchene or Mackinnon
Florida: Timo Meier.
Dallas: Lawson Crouse. Benn, Crouse, Nichushkin. Sounds like a pain in the ass to play against.
Los Angeles: Kyle Connor. Good year to miss the playoffs.
Boston: Travis Konecny.
Calgary: Nick Merkley. This team is going to be very, very good.
Edmonton: Jeremy Roy.
Winnipeg: Yevgeni Svechnikov.
Ottawa: Joel Eriksson-Ek.
Detroit: Oliver Kylington. Let's be serious.
Minnesota: Paul Bittner.
Buffalo: Colin White.
Washington: Jakub Zboril.
Vancouver: Jansen Harkins. Vancouver makes another good pick. Gross.
Toronto: Daniel Sprong. Skill is important. Apparently.
Winnipeg: Brandon Carlo. Trouba and Carlo on the right side? Have fun.
Montreal: Jake DeBrusk. Fits the bill.
Anaheim: Thomas Chabot.
Tampa Bay: Brock Boeser.
Philadelphia: Ilya Samsonov. Unless they're still a little Bryz-shocked.
Arizona: Mackenzie Blackwood. Why not?
