Bruins Vs Sabers Preview

The Bruins will be traveling to Buffalo tonight to take on the 6-18-4 Sabars, who are currently last in the league. The Bruins morning skate has been canceled this morning due to an unnamed player entering the Covid-Protocol list. However, expect Jaroslav Halak to get the start tonight with Dan Vladar serving as the backup. The Bruins have lost 5 of their last 8-games, so getting the win tonight over a "broken" Buffalo team will be the goal. The Sabers have lost their previous 12 games. Buffalo is only averaging 2.1 goals per game while also coming of a head coaching change after Ralph Krueger was-fired on Wednesday. The Sabers are also struggling with goaltending, Jonas Johansson, 0-5-1, and Carter Hutton, who sits at 1-9-1, share a .884 save percentage. Linus Ullmark has had good games and has a semi-respectable .919 save percentage and 2.44 goals-against average, all things considered. Buffalo should not be much of a problem for the Bruins as they have and will face tougher opponents.
