Red Wings/Lightning Preseason Game Notes

I watched Detroit and Tampa Bay today. Here are my notes from the game:
- I never got to watch much of the Lecavalier/St. Louis show last year but hopefully that will change this year with my purchase of NHL Center Ice. It is the end of the 2nd and Marty already has 2 beauty goals. Vinny didn't play but the telecast made up for it by showing all of his 52 goals last year in a montage during intermission.
- The Red Wings were missing a lot of their lineup tonight. Expect some of the guys in the lineup tonight to be assigned tomorrow.
- The ticket deals in Tampa Bay are awesome. Throughout the telecast the Lightning were hawking their pakages all night. There was one ticket with all you can eat and drink plus a dinner cruise for 100$.
- The Fins keep producing good goaltenders. [url="http://www.tampabaylightn...p;#038;lang=e"]Karri Ramo made a lot of nice saves tonight. With Tampa's goaltending trouble Ramo could see himself starting in a couple of years.
- The Red Wing's goalie situation could get pretty competitive if Hasek goes down with an injury. [url="http://www.hockeydb.com/i...php3?pid=51202"]Adam Berkhoel had a solid 3rd period tonight that kept the Wings in the game.
