Before the Nashville and San Jose series started, I knew it would be one to watch. Two good teams with a lot of talent going back and forth. Maybe this could sell me on "the new" NHL. I didn't expect the toughness from either team that I have seen in this series though. But there's a difference in being tough and being a hack. Outside of Peter Forsberg and Shea Weber, I've realized I don't like the Predators. Scott Hartnell can say he wasn't going for Cheechoo's knee, but he was planning on putting his elbow in Cheechoo's ear. He wanted to cheap shot him in the head, but ran into his knee instead. Then later in the game Greg Zanon, some hack that wouldn't be in the league if there weren't for expansion, took a shot at Joe Thornton going to the front of the net causing him to go barreling into the net. The puck was 40 feet away. Then the dirtiest play of the playoffs. Alex Radulov is lucky he only got one game. That's the kind of hit that can end careers. I really hope Nashville loses. I don't want to see them in the next round, I don't want to see their fair weather fans in the next round, and I don't want to see neckless Barry Trotz. I have never disliked some random team so much. With the Avs out, I have found my team for the postseason. Go Sharks Go!
So...how do you really feel? http://predjoe.wordpress.com/
"I have found my team for the postseason.".......Never a sentence you want to use.
"I don't want to see their fair weather fans in the next round" Jealousy is a sickness, get well soon.
