Haters

Why is it that in the world of sports,... no scratch that, the world in general we have so many haters? We don't have to leave the message board on this site to see people bashing EK yet coming back for more. People hate Sid the kid and find reasons, people hate Tom Brady and find reasons, and the general pop in Toronto seem to increasingly hate Brian Burke.
As long suffering Leafs supporter myself I understand the frustration that the Kessel trade created. As a long suffering observer of human nature; I see people blaming #99 beating us in the playoffs, and somehow now it is B.B's fault. Okay I realize that's a stretch, but Burkie has collected the deepest talent of young players I can recall the Leafs having in a long time. Leafs fans often feel they know hockey, as it is our god given right, but ask around Leafs fans. Maybe I am being a hater on my own kind here, but ask the folks out west what a rebuild is. Ask the folks in Winter-peg about what it is to love a team and have them leave. The beloved TML proved what they were doing was not winning the mug. Well they finally brought in some winners to run the team, and build it properly, and know body knows how to react.
Take a deep breath, look at the positives, and realize, it's all going to be okay. If I can add one more request, please remember because you own a Leafs jersey, and you can yell go leafs go, that does not equal you being a hockey mastermind. Listen to others once in a while.
