Patrick Kane

With all the news circulating 88, i decided to open my hockey buzz blog carer up with an article about him.Kane is obviously one of the best in the game. In the regular season, he netted 27 goals while adding 37 assists in 61 games. During the post season, he averaged a point a game and was a significant role all throughout the playoffs.Obviously, this is a role that would be very difficult to replace. If the Hawks would take the route the Kings did with Mike Richards and take the "Material Breach" option. http://www.cbssports.com/...tract-for-material-breach. They would open up 10.5 mill a year in cap space over 8 years. With this open cap room you are eliminating the off-ice distraction Kane brings along with him. Unfortunately, even if proven innocent, Kane is going to have to deal with this cloud over his head for awhile. So with all that cap room opened up, what do you do with it? You could first sign top 4 d-man Cody Franson to fill the void of Jonny Oduya. Franson split time with Toronto and Nashville this season netting 7 goals and adding 29 assists (Tor-55-6-26/Nash-23-1-3). In Toronto, he was a 20+ min a night guy, however in Nashville he was only getting around 15. Oduya in 76 games netted 2 goals and assisted 8 goals, while averaging around 20 min a night. Franson could go cheap too. With training camp fastly approaching and the 2015 Stanley Cup champs knocking at the door, the price would have to be ridiculously low for him not to sign. When it is all said and done, i hope that the best outcome happens for both Patrick Kane, as well as The Chicago Blackhawks. Would defiantly be really cool to see 88 wearing a sabers jersey. Thanks for reading
