Juniors Comeback for 2nd Straight Win


The Montreal Juniors surmounted a 3 goal deficit en route to a strong 6-3 road victory Friday night in Gatineau over the Olympiques.

Gatineau dominated the 1st period, scoring 3 goals on 17 shots, but would not hit the score sheet again as Montreal scored 6 unanswered goals, dominating in a strong road performance for the win. Led a hat-trick by Angelo Esposito(4,5,6) and 2 goals by Luke Adam(9,10), the Juniors won their 2nd game in a row on TJ Brennan’s game winner midway through the 3rd period.

Jake Allen made 28 saves for Montreal while earning his 10th win of the year. The Juniors improved their record to 11-9, good for 2nd place in the Western Division.
