Semin? ya right...this list sucks without the great Alexandre Volchkov

Semin is the most purely talented player on the list. This generation's Kovalev still has time to make an impact. Not a Scott Stevens type of impact, but an impact nonetheless.

Nick Backstrom is one of my favorite players in the league but Gonchar has to be ahead of him (and likely kolzig) at this moment in time. Maybe not in 10 years from now, but certainly right now.
