Unless you have been living under a rock lately, you might know that the Leafs are in the process of finding a new general manager to replace John Ferguson. Today we learned that the bright minds and the very skilled researchers of our friends MLSE, found that the Cliff Fletcher was still under contract with the Phoenix Coyotes. http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/news_story/?ID=227906&hubname= TSN is reporting that MLSE actually made a decision. JFJ will no longer be holding the reins (if he ever really was) of the Toronto Maple Leafs Announcement expected today. I'm Gonna take a wild shot in the dark and say that captain Sundin is NOT going to be back in the blue and white next year, going to wherever he feels he has the best chance, and i say "Catch ya later" on the condition he doesn't screw the ...

Let's start with the player that is discussed the most, Jeff Finger. An almost unknown commodity around the NHL, he's somewhat of an underrated player when you take a look at ...
Wow. Lee Stempniak exchanged for Alexander Steen and Carlo Colaiacovo. I like it, and here's why: Steen has plenty of potential. Ever since his 45-point rookie season Leafs fans have been anxiously awaiting his top-six winger potential to unleash on the NHL. Many, including myself, predicted Steen to establish himself as a 60-point guy who is responsible in his ow...
