2010-11 Salary Cap Floor All-Stars

The NHL All-Star game happening this weekend in Raleigh, and during the broadcast of the All-Star draft, TSN mentioned that the salary cap numbers for both of All-Star rosters where over $100 million! This got me thinking about what type of All-Star team could I put together using the NHL Salary Cap floor of $43.4 million.
This team will be made up of 12 Forwards, 6 Defenseman and 2 Goalies. No player on this team will have a cap hit of more than 4.34 Million or 10% of the cap.
So, with this criteria, here is my 2010-11 Salary Cap Floor All-Star Team.
Goalies (3.85 Million)
Carey Price, Montreal Canadiens (2.75 Million): Price has been on most nights the best player for the Canadiens this season. He has 24 wins going into the All-Star break.
Ondrej Pavelec, Atlanta Thrashers (1.15 Million): After a scary incident on opening night, Pavelec has been very good for Atlanta. His .927 save percentage is the 3rd best in the NHL this season.
Defense (16.85 Million)
John-Michael Liles, Colorado Avalanche, (4.2 Million): Liles has been
Brent Burns, Minnesota Wild (3.55 Million): Tied with for the Wild team lead with 14 goals this season and is 1 away from his career high on 15.
Kris Letang, Pittsburgh Penguins (3.5 Million): Letang was given the keys to the Pittsburgh PP after Sergei Gonchar left and is only 2nd (trailing Crosby) in scoring for the Pens.
Dustin Byfuglien, Atlanta Thrashers (3 Million): How good has Big Buff been this season, he is tied with Tobias Enstrom for the team lead in points. He makes the team over Enstrom because of a lower cap hit and 8 more goals.
Jack Johnson, Los Angeles Kings, (1.4 Million): Johnson is sometimes lost in the shadow of Drew Doughty, but has been the better defensemen, leading the Kings D corp with 33 points.
Keith Yandle, Phoenix Coyotes (1.2 Million): Yandle is the NHL leader in Defenseman points with 44 at this point of the season. His 36 assists is the same as the Coyotes 2nd overall scorer, Ray Whitney.
Center (7.189 Million)
Steven Stamkos, Tampa Bay Lightning (3.725 Million): The leader for the Hart, Art Ross and Richard Trophies has to be on this team.
Jeff Skinner, Carolina Hurricanes (1.4 Million): One of the 2 favorites for the Calder Trophy. Skinner's 40 points leads all rookies.
Logan Couture, San Jose Sharks (1.242 Million): The other Calder favorite, leads all rookies with 22 goals.
Claude Giroux, Philadelphia Flyers (.822 Million): The 1st of 3 Flyers on this team. Leads the Flyers with 47 points.
Left Wing (6.767 Million)
Loui Eriksson, Dallas Stars (4.267 Million): Completely underrated by many, Eriksson only trails Brad Richards in scoring for Dallas this season.
Clarke MacArthur, Toronto Maple Leafs (1.1 Million) : After a 2009-10 that saw MacArthur getting dealt from Buffalo to Atlanta, only for the Thrashers to walk away from his arbitration award, MacArthur leads the Maple Leafs with 40 points this season.
Ville Leino, Philadelphia Flyers (.8 Million) : Leino has followed up on his fantastic playoffs last season and is 5th in scoring on a very deep Philadelphia Roster.
PA Parenteau, New York Islanders (.6 Million) : The 3rd man on the Islanders top line, Parenteau seems to have found a home playing with Moulson and Tavares.
Right Wing (8.788 Million)
Scott Hartnell, Phiadelphia Flyers (4.2 Million): The 3rd Flyer on this team is on place for another 30 goal season. He also adds some sandpaper to this team.
Drew Stafford, Buffalo Sabres (1.9 Million): Stafford's 15 goals in 31 games is already more than his 2009-10 output.
Steve Downie, Tampa Bay Lightning (1.85 Million): The "other" guy that plays with Stamkos and St. Louis. He is on this team for his grit and to score the odd goal.
David Jones, Colorao Avalanche (.838 Million): Jones has 16 goals for a team that has Duchene, Stastny, Stewart and Hedjuk.
The cap hit for this team is 43.422 Million.
