as we know the new york rangers are getting healthier with the returns of dubinsky,callahan and girardi last night against pittsburgh and vinny prospal tomorrow against new jersey,as christensen and fedo are 7-10 days away.we have had trouble getting past 3 goals in recent weeks due to the fact callahan was deeply missed for his timely goals and good forechecking and players such as gaborik and anisimov have clearly not contributed enough this year.with all these injuries we were forced to call up some players fro the ahl such as current shootout superstar mats zuccarello.the identity we have given ourselves this year is blue collard hard working team who never quits until the final buzzer.with the return of prospal to center gaborik expect a streak of fireworks of goal scoring from the dynamic duo,along with rookie derek stepan.as for lundqvist no one is worried about him seeing he has a solid back-up in marty biron and he once again is "HEN-RIK".the reason the rangers can win it all is because of solid goaltending,grinding out there opponents and scorers contributing more.once gaborik gets going and cally and duby do what they have been doing,we can consider ourselves as a contender.
