Sometimes, the referees do everything they can to change the outcome of a game. Occasionally, that's not enough. In last night's tilt between the Montreal Canadiens and the Tampa Bay Lightning, the Bolts got absolutely shafted by the officials. Those of you who read my blogs frequently know that I am not someone who harps on the referees often. In order for me to actually put something in a blog, the refs have to do a pretty damn poor job. The officials tarnished what was a perfectly good, emotional hockey game between two teams fighting for their playoff lives. It's not as though I'm some bitter fan either; the Bolts won tonight. Thanks for reading, folks!
I am very happy for the Bolts
Wasn't able to to watch or listen to very much because I wAs working, but dude even Montreal coach is a freaking cry baby.
Horribly officiated game but the Bolts fought hard especially with so many regulars hurt or sick with the flu. Malone was absolutely shafted with the calls as he was taking care of business after the dirty hit by Emelin...it's called old school hockey and players policing themselves.
Thank goodness we won the game.
great win but we still have a ways to go if playoffs are possible
Can anyone give me a solid reason why Tokarski shouldn't play 1a/1b with Garon? With the defense we have added we could just build from with in. Harding is Injury prone, Schnieder will cost the Earth and Bernier doesn't have much more experience the The Tic.
Nope can't give you a solid reason. Not a bad idea. Either he will loose the game and get experience or Garon or anther would loose and the team will receive nothing in return but more sorrow and a big ugly L
Cory Conacher deal probably announced today. Entry level for 2 years.
