The Eastern Conference standings are so tight right now; a win, tomorrow against the Ottawa Senators, is a must. At the time of writing, the Buffalo Sabres and Winnipeg Jets had not dropped the puck in their incredibly important tilt. With a Jets loss today and a Lightning win tomorrow, the Bolts would be sitting in 8th spot. That's right folks, barring the outcome of two games the Bolts could be in the playoffs. It's absolutely incredible when you think about it. Tomorrow's Sabres/Jets tilt is so hard to analyze. If the Bolts are going to lose to the Senators, a Jets win benefits the Bolts. If the Bolts are going to win against the Senators, a Jets loss benefits the Bolts. Let's take a look at some pre-game notes and Mike's Three Keys to the Game.

Agreed. It's starting to come together really nicely. With all that size on the back end, it will be tough for opposing offenses to get to the front of the net.
I hope ole Teddy can get in the 20 club soon. His motivation should scare the blue liners on all opposing teams..
