BIG week full of BIG games!

The schedule for the flyers this week is ROUGH. Tonight they have the the Rangers away, Wednesday Pitt away, Thursday Devils away and Saturday Pitt at home. These are enormous games... (even though it is only november). These divisional games are worth 4 points and more that that they are a chance for our VENGEANCE. Last year was embarrasing. We lost games, season series.. and our dignity. This is a chance to get some of it back. To show our rivals that we are back... and we are a force to reckon with... 2 points will no longer come easily against the orange and black.
I would love to see the flyers go 3 and 1 this week. (Especially splitting the two games with the Pens). That is a very successful week in my opinion. Things that will help with the effort include getting GAgs back into the lineup. This gives stevens a chance to stabilize the lines and allow some chemistry to get flowing. Also it gives GAgs a chance to get back into shape... because we will need his speed against the Pens.
Also not to be overshadowed is the return Jones from a (unnecessary susspension). This allows the team to send back Guenin to the Phantoms.... and means that we are only down one starting d-man, with hatch being out for another 3+weeks. Jones was also providing a lot of good lead passes that were setting off some major offense. I would love to see his development continue and maybe even getting some more pp time with the second unit.
Big game tonight... and undoubtedly it will be a physical one... i just hope it is not a reckless one... Go Flyers.
