Trends come and go but.........

others never seem to change. Heading into the Flyers-Lightning game tonight you can start to see trends in the NHL with certain teams. The Flyers trend, dating back through 1st season in the "New NHL", it has been the streaks. They play hard and well defensively for 5-8 games and poorly for the same amount. Last season a hot streak brought the team to first in the NHL, then they proceeded to lose 10 straight and fell out of the playoff picture. Immediately following the 10 game losing streak the Flyers got hot and made the playoffs.
This streakyness has continued to rear its head right into this season. The one major coincidence between this year and last year, is that the Flyers seem to play better when Daniel Briere is injured than when he is not. Well don't look now Flyer fans but the Flyers have not played their best hockey as of late. Add to the Briere and Riley Cote returning to the lineup as the poor play streak comes in and now you have a full fledged fire burning on all Flyers message boards. Everyone will be calling for Briere's head.
Flyer faithful please do not call for his head. If I do, please yell at me. The down stretches started each time before Briere got back (scratch the start of the season) while he was apart of the beginning of the solid stretches of play. Be wary Flyer fans, this road will be bumpy at first, ride it out and be prepared to enjoy the end product. This is not to say the season will end like the Phillies season ended but I will say we will be pleased with the play of this team in the second half of the season.

Seems like the park plaza mall is too popular and wonderful place to visit with family members according to an article from paper writing services blogs. I really hope this truly works well and i wish to go there.
