Prediction: Canucks in 7
Synopsis: Game 1 was an absolute blowout for the Canucks, but the youth and talent of Chicago will definitely be able to mount a comeback in the series. Roberto Luongo struggled early in the playoffs, but now looks like he is back to gold-medal form. What a season it would be for Roberto to win the gold-medal and the cup in the same season. Meanwhile... Toews, Kane and CO. will try to put together an effort to sustain the Sedin twins from ripping up their defense and weak goaltending. I have believed all along against the goaltending "tandem". Chicago brought in Huet because he had playoff experience. Niemi took over the starting position, and managed to get them to the second round after getting a big-time scare from Nashville. One game against the highly offensive Canucks, and Niemi gets shelled and eventually pulled. Besides the goaltending, Chicago doesn't have enough muscle to get through Vancouver. They will continue to get pushed around, and won't survive what should be a long series.
