Should Mark Bell Go To Jail?

Should Bell go to jail? Personally, I don't know... there is a few things to factor in I believe. I've read the things that say his sentence is common for a first time offender... but I remember reading somewhere (can't find it anymore), that this is the second time he's been charged with a DUI. It happened when he was playing for Norfolk, as a Hawk.
Hear is where I think it gets iffy though. Heatley killed a man, and never went to jail. For sure, the man that Bell hit was hurt (staples in his forehead, that won't be good for next year's family picture) But he didn't kill a man. I'm not gonna sit here and say that Heatley should have went to jail, that's water under the bridge.
Honestly though, if it was me or you, that did what Bell did, would we be going to jail? Probably, but it might not be whenever its most convenient for us. I just hope that Bell can put this in the back of his head, which he wasn't able to do last season, and surprise us in Leafs Nation, and across the NHL too, because it doesn't seem like anyone is expecting a lot out of him, and put up decent numbers.
