This offseason, by all accounts, since the draft has been a quiet one for the Penguins. They made a blockbuster trade sending Jordan Staal to Carolina for Brandon Sutter, Brian Dumoulin and the 8th overall pick, which they then used to draft Derrick Pouliot.
