Pens need Laraque

What I don't understand with the Pittsburgh Penguins right now is why don't they play Georges Laraque. They brought Laraque in for one reason....to protect Sidney Crosby. The Senators have gotten plenty of shots in on Crosby that have not been called. If the Senators know that they will get away with it why would they stop.
