Why the Sharks won't win it all

The way I see it, there are 9 teams that have a realistic shot at finishing in 7th or 8th place in the Western Conference and playing the Sharks in the first round of the playoffs. It was shaping up to be an exciting night at the Tank on Saturday as there was a buzz about the Sabres coming to town for the first time since the Reagan administration.
