Conference and Division Restructuring suggestion

So I thought I would offer up a new solution for the structure of the divisions and conference. This also takes into accounts some team moves due to the economics of the game. Your thoughts?

We have all heard the cliche's about character, veteran leadership, and playing as a team versus as an individual. I will spare everyone 'most' of the cliche's, but the last 2 victories for the Predators have shown me something that I haven't seen consistantly from this team in past years.

Predators 1/4 Season Review

So we are a quarter of the way through the season and I thought I would offer up my analysis of the Preds on a player by player basis. Hockey is a team sport but when you analyze a team, it helps if you can have some individual stats to compare with. So here it goes.
