Best Hockey Memories

I've only watched hockey the last 5 years or so, much too late for many canadians that I've been surrounded by. However, one big memory that pops out at me was at the 2004 World Cup of Hockey - the Semi Final match between Team Canada and Team Czech Republic. The tensions were really building high and going into overtime, some very close calls...but in the end, Lecavalier shot it home and gave the eventual Champions Canada a berth in the final!

My style is a stay at home defencemen - trying to dominate and clear the zone. I think of myself a similar style to Adam Foote, Dion Phaneuf and Luke Schenn.
