Free Agent...Ice Age?

This years free agency was never highly regarded as being a very deep one. But even still, it's been a little slow and disappointing. In the first 2 days there were over 50 contracts handed out. Yesterday it was finally made official, #3 Dion Phaneuf was named the 18th captain in Toronto Maple Leafs History, or the 22nd in Toronto history if you include the Arenas and St. Pats. At the trade deadline today Brian Burke didn't do a whole lot. Including the night before only a few deals went down.
