Since Dan Bylsma's take over of the Pittsburgh Penguins they have gone 17-3-4 for a total of 38 points. Bylsma's charasmatic attitude and tweaking of the Penguins systems and game play has turned what looked to be like a head start toward the golf course into a playoff contender.
