"Here Comes the Hawks, the Mighty Blackhawks!"
Lindenhurst, IL • United States • 46 Years Old • Male
A 6-3 a$$ whooping of the Boo Jackets might be a bit of a confidence booster, but Hawks fans, issues remain, namely the penalty kill, which will be facing the best road PP in the league tonight. As you know, the Mighty Blackhawks are playing the second of back-to-back games. This season in back to back games the Hawks are 2-0-1 in second of those games.

Odds and Ends:
1) Gordie Howe Hat-Tricks: Two nights in row there was a Howe Hat-Trick in the NHL, Wednesday, Buffalo's Tanner Glass scored the trick and last night the Hawk's Steve Mantodor scored the trick. NHL legend Gordie Howe made the combination famous, "the Howe Hat-Trick": a fight, an assist and a goal completed by one player in a game.

2) Does this make any sense, Dave Bolland was healthy enough to finish the game on Tuesday night but not good enough to play tonight. Now it’s being reported he was seen in a walking boot. How in the name of science was he allowed to come back in that game? The Hawks have a long history of misdiagnosing injuries and this isn’t helping one bit.

3) Why didn't Coach Q play Razor in net last night? This would have been a great opportunity to play the back up. I understand putting your #1 netminder in to break a 3 game losing streak but Q, come on.

4) The Flames have lost two of last three overall and are 3-3-0 on the road this season.

Expected Hawks lineup:
Offense:
Stalberg-Toews-Hossa
Carcillo-Kane-Sharp
Frolik-Kruger-Bickell
Brunette-Mayers-Olesz

D-Men:
Seabrook-Keith
Leddy-Hjalmarsson
Montador-Scott

Netminder:
Razor

Also thank you to all vets for your service and sacrifice, today and every day. It is greatly appreciated!
