Okay now im hearing the decision will come Monday...Ahhhhhhhh!!!!...come on...
Some facts on Bloch:
*experienced in both public and private sector labor arbitration and mediation
*has been involved with the Devils before
*He ruled that Scott Gomez deserved $5 million for the 2006-07 season
*Bloch ruled that the Rangers had to pay Bobby Holik and Jed Ortmeyer their signing bonuses that were withheld after the 2004-05 NHL lockout.
*Perhaps Bloch's highest-profile sports case was with Terrell Owens when he upheld the NFL wide receiver's suspension in November of 2005.
*Between 1983 and '85, Bloch was an arbitrator for Major League Baseball. He is also an arbitrator for the Aluminum Workers Union, General Dynamics Corporation and its unions and the United Steelworkers Union.
