Just a few hours ago the Net blow up with tweets of the devils submitting a new contract to the NHL:

The latest (last?) Kovalchuk proposal was submitted to the League a couple of hours ago.
Now rumors have it that the NHL has approved the contract.
Contract is said to be 15 years 100 million. Also note: The NHL stated earlier today that the contract addressed all issues that were raised prior.
