Well it looks like from sources around the net that the NHL will probably once again extend the deadline. Why? who knows..
The NHL knows if they reject the contract this time around and it goes before an arbitrator the Devils have a good chance on winning the case. The NHL is running out of time...and they know the Devils and Kovalchuck are too..so why not drag it out and hope either the Devils or Kovalchuck walk away from this....
