Versus/NHL disappoints the States Again

The NHL awards show has been pushed back from 7:30 to 11pm EST in the United States on Versus and for what, not bull riding, not horse racing, but this time World Combat League Fighting. NHL.com has had it on there website all week that the awards show will be on Versus at 7:30 PM for all to enjoy, and again we get screwed by at network that the NHL leads us to beleive they are the top dog. The NHL is the only one of the 4 major sports that even shows their award ceremony on TV because it is a special night and then fans deserve to see it. If versus wanted to put it on delay then just say so from the start. Dont let NHL.com have it as a start time of 7:30pm. This is just another slap in the face to the many NHL fans in the states that do enjoy the awards show. I just wish once the NHL would stick up for the fans in the States and go with a network that will work with them instead of what appears to be against the wishes of the fans. Be respectful in the email or on the phone and let them know how we feel as the fans of the NHL and we just do not appreciate be treated as if the sport does not matter.
