On a night when three of their division rivals played a game, the Chicago Blackhawks were the only team in their division that ended the evening without a point.
Steve Ott, Michael Ryder and Loui Eriksson each tallied for the Dallas Stars, as they downed the Blackhawks 3-1 at the United Center tonight.
Chicago started off slow in the first period, allowing Dallas to take advantage using their speed to generate a few early scoring chances. The roles reversed, however, in the second period, as the Blackhawks upped their physical play significantly and were able to induce more shots on Stars' netminder Richard Bachman.

Message PostedEnough with the 2nd line center debate John JAECKEL. The HAWKS need wingers. They lost LADD, BUFF, VERSTEEG, EAGER, BURRISH, and BROUWER. All great wingers!!! SAHRP was awesome with LADD and HOSSA in 2010! But they do need a PP dman.
Message Posted SHARP was a dynamic center along with TOEWS, BOLLAND and MADDEN. So, 2012 we could have TOEWS, SHARP, BOLLAND,
Message Posted....TOEWS, SHARP, BOLLAND and KRUGER. Bowman got rid of character wingers and replace them with old bus drivers!!! MORRISON, MAYERS, BRUNETTE...
Message Posted... And why does JOHN SCOTT dress to play hockey in the NHL? WHY? COACH Q has no reason for this...He cannot play in the ECHL. Is this BOWMAN's pet....like BRUNETTE is COACH Q's pet...BAD, real BAD.
